Alsatian wines should always be stored on their sides at a temperature between 10°C and 15°C. They should be served chilled but not iced. The ideal temperature is between 8°C and 10°C.
Alsatian wines do not need years of ageing to reveal their full character, 6 months to 5 years is usually sufficient.

Exuberant, powerful and seductive, it is the best-know Alsatian wine.

Slightly sweet, it is perfect for cocktails and with spicy foods, strong cheeses and desserts.
This is the only Alsatian red wine. A typical cherry-like, fruity character, which develops a more complex and full-bodied structure. Aged in oak barrels.
Goes well with red meats, game, cold cuts and cheeses.
